Our Purpose

Effective networking with the whole Christian church through:

• The Christian Community Churches in Victoria
• Church Planting Victoria/Outreach Victoria
• Cooperative activities with evangelical churches and para-church agencies

Help the existing churches of our network succeed by:

• Arranging for leadership development events in key locations
• Helping churches find and engage pastoral staff
• Assisting churches toward greater overall health through the Natural Church Development and Refocusing Churches processes

Multiply effective new churches that practice:

• Evangelism with vigor and integrity
• Discipleship that brings Biblical change to every sphere of life; spiritual, social intellectual, physical, economic and emotional
• Worship that brings glory to God and is engaging and compelling both to His people and to those who do not yet know Him
• Prayer that reflects confidence in the power of God
• Social involvement that brings the wisdom of God to every human dilemma

Support and encourage the leaders of our churches by:

• Encouraging and coaching leaders informally
• Providing help in times of crisis
• Involving them in peer learning networks
